All color vision screening tools on BlindnessTest.com run in your web browser. Your responses are used locally to calculate and display results during that session. We do not send individual screening answers or session results to our servers, and we do not require an account to use the tools.

Optional display settings may be saved in your browser on return visits. We do not maintain a database of individual responses tied to your name, email, or account.

Your individual screening responses are not used to build a marketing profile, are not provided to advertisers as a record of your answers, and are not sold to third parties. Server logs, Google Analytics, and third-party advertising described elsewhere in this policy may still record that you visited certain pages and general technical data, and the collection of that data through advertising cookies may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law (see Your Privacy Rights).

BlindnessTest.com is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personally identifiable information (PII) from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

Because Google Analytics and AdSense are used on BlindnessTest.com, Google's services may collect device and usage information from any visitor, including children, according to Google's policies.
